In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations, Mxtrustsector S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Mxtrustsector") provides the following Comprehensive Privacy Notice.

1. Data controller

The controller responsible for collecting and processing your personal data is Mxtrustsector S.A.P.I. de C.V., with domicile at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 222, Floor 18, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, ZIP 06600, Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico, and contact email privacidad@mxtrustsector.com.

2. Personal data we collect

Identification data (full name, RFC, CURP, official ID), contact data (email, phone, address), financial data (CLABE account, source of funds), asset data, navigation data (IP, cookies, device). We do not collect sensitive personal data unless strictly necessary and with your explicit consent.

3. Primary purposes

To onboard you as an investor, assess your profile in accordance with the Fintech Law and CNBV provisions, process contributions and returns, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations (LFPIORPI) and report operations to the competent authorities.

4. Secondary purposes

Sending commercial communications, newsletters, event invitations and market studies. You may object to these purposes by writing to privacidad@mxtrustsector.com without affecting your legal relationship with Mxtrustsector.

5. Data transfers

We may transfer your data to regulatory authorities (CNBV, Bank of Mexico, SHCP, UIF, CONDUSEF), authorised fiduciary institutions, external law firms and technology providers under confidentiality agreements. In all cases we require the same level of protection.

6. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition, and revoke your consent, by sending a request to privacidad@mxtrustsector.com attaching a copy of your official ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to measure site usage and improve the experience. See the Cookie Policy to configure your preferences at any time.

8. Amendments to this Notice

Any amendment to this Notice will be published at mxtrustsector.com. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
