These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of mxtrustsector.com, operated by Mxtrustsector S.A.P.I. de C.V. By using the site you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Purpose

The site is intended to inform about real estate collective financing services and to gather interest from potential investors. The execution of transactions takes place only on the private investor platform and after signing individual agreements.

2. Eligibility

Individuals and legal entities, domestic or foreign, of legal age and with the capacity to contract, who pass our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering procedures (LFPIORPI) may register.

3. Nature of information

The information published on the site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a public offering of securities, personalised financial advice or an investment recommendation. Before investing, consult your wealth adviser and read each project's specific documentation.

4. Investment risks

Every investment carries risk, including the partial or total loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Real estate crowdlending is exposed to market, credit, liquidity, operational and regulatory risks.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (trademarks, logos, texts, images, code) is the property of Mxtrustsector S.A.P.I. de C.V. or its licensors and is protected by Mexico's Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property and the Federal Copyright Law.

6. Limitation of liability

Mxtrustsector shall not be liable for damages arising from technical failures, service interruptions, misuse of the site or investment decisions taken on the basis of the information published herein.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
